Kristin- Wellness Coordinator/Physiotherapist

Kristin was born and raised in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. After graduating in 1999 from Scottsbluff Senior High School, Kristin continued her athletic and educational endeavors at Hastings College. During her 4 years at Hastings, Kristin majored in Health Promotion and Management with a minor in Psychology. She was also a member of the women’s golf team and won the Great Plain’s Athletic Conference championship tournament in 2003. Upon completion of her Bachelor’s degree in 2003, Kristin continued her education at the graduate level at the University of Nebraska-Omaha in which she received her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2005. Her graduate research included “Spinal Cord Injuries in Hemiplegic and Paraplegic Individuals: Retraining Gait Using Body Weight Support Systems”.

Upon completing her Master’s Degree, Kristin starting working at Mouw Family Chiropractic and has been working as an Exercise Physiotherapist since the fall 2005. Kristin works closely with the doctors to increase the patient’s stability and strength by utilizing spinal rehabilitation exercises and neuromuscular retraining.

Kelly- Director of First Impressions

Kelly was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She graduated in 2005 from Kanesville High School.
Kelly has been with Mouw Family Chiropractic since March of 2008. She loves working at the clinic because she can see all the amazing effects that chiropractic care has many different people. Kelly is new to chiropractic care and quickly learned the benefit of having regular chiropractic adjustments.

In her spare time, Kelly likes reading, riding her bike, playing volleyball, spending time with family, friends, and her 2 nieces.

Vanessa- Special Assistant to the Clinic Director/Insurance Specialist

Vanessa was born and raised in Council Bluffs, IA. She is married with four children and has 1 grandchild born in June 2010.

Vanessa graduated from IWCC with a degree in Dental Assisting in 1996. She is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Admininstration at the University of Phoenix online.

Vanessa enjoys working at Mouw Family Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness center because she can see the benefits that chiropractic care has on one's health. She has worked at Mouw Family Chiropractic since the fall of 2009.

In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys gardening, swimming and spending time with her family and friends.

Alli- Assistant Director of First Impressions

Alli was born in Omaha and raised in Fremont, Nebraska. After graduating from Fremont High School in 1994, Alli continued her education and earned a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa with a major in Christian Education and Youth Ministry. At Northwestern, she met her husband, Jamie.

Alli and Jamie have been patients of Mouw Family Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center since opening in 2006. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care Jamie was inspired to become a chiropractor himself! Upon Dr. Jamie finishing chiropractic school, Alli was inspired to join him in the field because she enjoys helping others become proactive about their health. Both Alli and Dr. Jamie enjoy working together now to make healthier families in the Council Bluffs metro area! Alli has worked at Mouw Family Chiropractic since the fall of 2011.

Alli also enjoys watching movies, sewing, painting, volunteering in the community, and spending time outdoors in her free time.
